A lamp holder assembly is also provided. The disclosure can conveniently install or replace the light transmitting element by the pressing member.

The wire connection protection device includes a rigid insulating sleeve sleeved over the connection between the internal wire and power wire of the cooking appliance, with both ends of the rigid insulating sleeve being sleeved over the outside of the outer sheath of the internal wire and the power wire, and a fire sleeve sleeved outside the rigid insulating sleeve. The rigid insulating sleeve improves the structural stability of the connection between the internal wire and the power wire such that it does not loosen easily.
