The TFT substrate includes: a substrate; an active layer disposed above the substrate and including a channel region, a source region, and a drain region, wherein the channel region is made of an oxide semiconductor, the source region and the drain region are made of a conductive oxide semiconductor; a gate insulating layer and a gate sequentially disposed on the channel region; a titanium oxide layer covering the source region and the drain region; and a source and a drain disposed above the titanium oxide layer.

Abstract: A bend limiting device includes a flexible support film and limiting chains. The limiting chains are disposed on the flexible support film. Each of the limiting chains includes limiting blocks. Each of the limiting blocks includes limiting structures. One of the limiting structures of one of the limiting blocks is connected to one of the limiting structures of another one of the limiting blocks. When the bend limiting device is bent, two connected limiting structures of two adjacent limiting blocks limit a minimum value of an included angle formed between the two adjacent limiting blocks, so a radius of curvature of each of the limiting chains is limited to be greater than a preset value without being excessively bent. The bent limiting device protects a flexible display panel of a flexible display device from being improperly bent, so as to extend a lifespan of the flexible display device.

Abstract: A gate driver on array (GOA) circuit and a display panel are provided. The GOA circuit includes a plurality of cascaded GOA units. The GOA units include a first GOA unit and a second GOA unit. By setting a virtual reset module in the second GOA unit, and the virtual reset module corresponding to the reset module in the first GOA unit, a difference between the first GOA unit and the second GOA unit is reduced and stability of the GOA circuit is improved.

Abstract: A compensation method disclosed in this application comprises following steps of: obtaining a display image and determining whether the display image is a still image; if the display image is a still image, preprocessing the still image to reduce power consumption of the display image, thereby obtaining a target display image after preprocessing; detecting the target display image to obtain a threshold voltage data and a mobility parameter; and compensating the display image according to the threshold voltage data and the mobility parameter.

Abstract: An image processing method can reduce costs related to manual labeling, improve training efficiency, and increase a quantity of training samples, thereby improving the accuracy of an image classification model. First images and second images are processed using an image classification model to obtain predicted classification results. The first images include a classification label and the second images include a pseudo classification label. A first loss value indicating accuracy is acquired based on the predicted classification results, the corresponding classification labels, and the corresponding pseudo classification labels. A second loss value indicating accuracy is acquired based on the predicted classification results and the corresponding pseudo classification labels. A model parameter of the image classification model is updated based on the first loss value and the second loss value. Classification processing and acquisition is performed until a target image classification model is obtained.

Abstract: A pixel electrode is provided. A plurality of sub-trunks of a vertical trunk of the pixel electrode are spaced apart from each other. Each of the sub-trunks is parallel to a horizontal trunk. Therefore, liquid crystal molecules on each sub-trunk is basically inclined in a horizontal direction. If the pixel electrode with the above structure is applied to a liquid crystal display panel, a color shift generated by the liquid crystal display panel when displaying skin-tone colors can be improved, and quality of the display can be improved. A liquid crystal display panel having the pixel electrode is also provided.

The second feature map includes noise information to be superimposed on the original image. A third feature map of the original image is obtained based on the first feature map. The third feature map includes different feature values. Each feature value represents a relative importance of an image feature at a position corresponding to the respective feature value. A noise image is generated based on the second feature map and the third feature map.

The vibrations produce a sound wave inside the housing and cause a leaked sound wave spreading outside the housing from a portion of the housing. The at least one sound guiding hole guides the sound wave inside the housing through the at least one sound guiding hole to an outside of the housing. The guided sound wave interferes with the leaked sound wave in a target region. Abstract: This disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for training a prediction model. The method includes: obtaining a training sample set; determining a current training sample from the training sample set based on the training sample weights; inputting current target energy characteristics corresponding to the current training sample into a pre-trained prediction model for basic training to obtain a basic prediction model after completing the basic training; updating the training sample weights corresponding to the training samples based on the basic prediction model; and returning to perform the operation of determining the current training sample from the training sample set based on the updated training sample weights until completing model training to obtain a target prediction model.

Abstract: In an authority management method for providing interoperability across different locations and networks, an identity information database and an authority information database are established. Biological image information is obtained from users and registered in the database or an associated database. Biometric image information and an access request of a user are obtained. If there is certain identity information matching the biometric image information of the user in the identity information database, information as to authority and extent of authority are certain identity information queried from the authority information database. The access request is determined to be allowed or not allowed according to the certain authority information. If the access request is to be granted, and allowed in respect of a desired activity, an operation instruction is generated accordingly. A system for administering such method and device applying method are also disclosed.
