Abstract: A touch sensing structure with improved illumination includes a first substrate, a decoration layer, a light-shielding layer, a light-emitting element, a pressure-sensitive element, a first reflective layer, and a second reflective layer. The pressure-sensitive element is farther away than the light-emitting element from the first substrate. The decoration layer shows a function icon. The light-emitting element emits light to illuminate the function icon. When the first substrate is pressed, the touch sensing structure determines a magnitude of the pressing force by detecting a change in the resistance or voltage value of the pressure-sensitive element. If the pressing force reaches a specific value, the function identified by the function icon is executed, otherwise no function is executed.
Abstract: An unloading device includes a loading assembly, an unloading assembly, and an alignment assembly. The loading assembly includes a loading rack and a loading tray. The unloading assembly includes a conveyor belt and a movable rod. The movable rod pushes the loading tray toward the conveyor belt. The alignment assembly includes a sensing member, a processor, and a driving member. The sensing member senses a first distance between different positions of the loading tray and the sensing member. A second distance is defined between the sensing member and the loading rack. The processor calculates a position deviation of the loading tray relative to the conveyor belt and controls the driving member to drive the loading rack to move to compensate for the position deviation.
Abstract: Methods for harvesting microalgae, comprise providing water containing microalgae, providing flocculant in an amount to form flocs of microalgae when mixed with the water, generating a mixture of the water and the flocculant and separating the flocs from the mixture.
Abstract: A thin film transistor (TFT) and a method of manufacturing same are provided. A photoresist layer is dry-etched to form a tunnel before an active layer is formed, wherein a bottom of the tunnel is a copper trace layer. After that, two edges of the photoresist layer are aligned with two edges of the copper trace layer. Therefore, the photoresist layer won't protrude over an amorphous silicon layer to block the etching gas from etching the amorphous silicon layer. As a result, an aperture ratio of the TFT is increased, and quality of the TFT is improved. By forming an oxidation protective layer on the tunnel, the copper trace layer is prevented from being reacted with the etching gas to form a compound. Therefore, metals or compounds on the tunnel can be completely etched, and quality of the TFT is further improved.
