Abstract: An apparatus and a method for importing fluid, and a method for tearing film are provided. The apparatus imports fluid into a product and tears a breathable film covered on the product, the product defines a vent in a surface, the breathable film covers on the vent. The apparatus includes a transfer assembly and a controller. The breathable film is connected to the transfer assembly. The controller is coupled to the transfer assembly and configured to control the transfer assembly to vertically move relative to the surface of the product to tear the breathable film from the vent.

Abstract: A dispensing device includes a dispensing mechanism and a calibration mechanism coupled to the dispensing mechanism. The calibration mechanism includes a control unit. The control unit is configured to detect a position difference between a dispensing needle and a reference coordinate in a direction. The dispensing mechanism is configured to adjust the dispensing needle in the direction according to the position difference.

Abstract: A film application apparatus includes a first base configured to couple a film material and a second base rotatably coupled to the first base. The first base defines an opening and two through holes on opposite side of the first base, the through holes communicate with the opening. The second base defines a receiving chamber and the receiving chamber is configured for accommodating a work piece. The film application apparatus further includes a pressing component inserted through the first base, the pressing component penetrating through the opening from the two through holes for pressing the film material against to a face of the work piece.

Abstract: A linear motion mechanism includes a base, a driving module, a driven module, and a pulling member fixed to the base. The driven module includes a sliding plate slidably mounted on the base and connected to the driving module, a transmission assembly, and a moving stage. The sliding plate has a guide hole, and the moving stage is slidably mounted on the sliding plate and connected to the transmission assembly. An end of the pulling member is fixed to the base, and an other end of the pulling member extends through the guide hole and is connected to the transmission assembly. The sliding plate, when driven by the driving module, is configured for telescopic movement relative to the base, and the pulling member is configured to pull the moving stage along the guide hole by the transmission assembly.

The cover has a top face for receiving the workpiece thereon. The driving assembly includes a diaphragm type pneumatic actuator fixed to the base and a linkage slideably received in the base for receiving a pushing force from the diaphragm type pneumatic actuator. The clamping assembly includes a plurality of clamping members each including a wedge slideably received in the base and an abutment extending upwardly from the wedge through the cover. Under action of the linkage to the wedges, the abutments are movable between a first position to engage with the workpiece to a second position to release their engagements from the workpiece.

Abstract: Pneumatic machining device includes a fixing plate, a hollow piston shell, a piston group, a machining tool, a first sealing group, and a second sealing group. The piston shell is fixed to the fixing plate and coupled to a first external pressure source and second external pressure source to feed gas into the piston shell to drive the piston group and the machining tool, respectively. The piston group and the first and second sealing groups are received inside the piston shell. The piston group is driven by the first external pressure source to move away from the fixing plate. The first and second sealing groups divide the piston shell into a number of chambers for controlling a gas pressure. The machining tool is coupled to the piston group and extends out of the piston shell to machine a workpiece as the piston group moves away from the fixing plate.
