Abstract: The system includes a detection unit configured to obtain sensor data of an environment (e.g., a massage therapy facility, a doctor's office, etc.), where the sensor data relates to the movements and actions of a first individual (e.g., a practitioner) and/or a second individual (e.g., the practitioner's patent) in relation to each other. The system is used to monitor the actions of the individuals so as to detect inappropriate behavior by the first individual and/or the second individual (e.g., inappropriate touching or hand placement, groping, etc.). The system can be configured to detect inappropriate behavior without capturing personally identifying images and/or videos of the individuals.
