Abstract: A transmission system including a first gear comprising a first side having an engaging semi-annular section and a non-engaging semi-annular section; and a plurality of engaging gears for engaging with the engaging semi-annular section, wherein the engaging gears are configured such that at least one of the engaging gears is engaged to the engaging semi-annular section of the first gear at a particular angular orientation of the first gear, and at least one of the engaging gears is not engaged to the engaging semi-annular section at the particular angular orientation of the first gear.
