Each of the left and right cups define an area to receive a breast of a wearer and further include an inside surface and an outside surface. The strap assembly is attached to the left cup and the right cup, whereby the strap assembly is operable to connect the left cup and the right cup to the wearer. A pocket is formed on each of the two shoulder straps, each pocket including an opening capable of repeated receiving and removal of an item when being worn by the wearer. The pockets are positioned on inside surfaces of the shoulder straps such that they face the wearer when the pocket bra is worn.
