Abstract: This invention discloses a method to build a communication link between a client and a customer service of the dispatching company. The dispatching company has a plurality of dispatch lists, each dispatch list records a code of a client and a code of a customer service that provides service to the client. The method comprises: gathering a telephone number of a client; gathering a code of the client based on the telephone number; searching a dispatch list from the plurality of dispatch lists based on the code of the client; gathering a code of a customer service recorded in the dispatch list; gathering a telephone number of the customer service based on the code of the customer service; and dialing the telephone number of the customer service to build a communication link between the client and the customer service.

Abstract: The present invention is related to a dispatching system for car assignment method. The method includes: (a) setting a set number based a history data, wherein the history data records a time and a location of each dispatching car event happening, the set number is an average number of dispatching car events that happen in a special time segment and in the region; (b) determining whether or not the first number is larger than the set number; (c) not issuing a dispatching car information when the first number is larger than the set number; and (d) issuing a dispatching car information and assigning a second number of cars to the region when the first number is less than the set number. Moreover, a dispatching apparatus to perform the dispatching car method is also provided.

Abstract: A method for combining a taxi service with an event when a customer takes a taxi is disclosed. The customer has a portable communication apparatus. The taxi has a car communication apparatus. The method includes sending a message of the customer having taken a taxi to an identification apparatus. Next, a determination step is performed to determine whether the customer wants to participate in the event. When the customer wants to participate in this event, a communication connection with the identification apparatus is built. Finally, a confirmation message of participating in the event is sent to the portable communication apparatus from the identification apparatus.

Abstract: An automatic chauffeured vehicle dispatch system and method are disclosed. In the vehicle dispatch system, audio signals and an automated management system are used. The automatic chauffeured vehicle dispatch system of the present invention comprises a service system, a dispatch system, a dispatch center server, an address analysis module, a databank server and a voice conversion module. The dispatch center server is connected with a telecommunication network, the internet, a databank server, a voice conversion module, the service system and the dispatch system. The address analysis module is able to analyze patrons' addresses and store the addresses in the databank server in the order of frequency of use. The voice conversion module is connected with the databank server and is able to covert the addresses stored in the databank server into audio signals, which may be sent to clients via the dispatch center server and a communication network.

Abstract: A dispatching apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a receiving module to receive the necessary car requirements from the passenger, wherein the necessary car requirements includes the condition of car and driver required by the passenger; a dispatching module for receiving the necessary car requirements; a memory unit storing information of cars and drivers of the dispatching companies, the dispatching module can compare the requirement with the information to select at least one car; and a wireless transferring network for broadcasting the necessary car requirements to at least one car and receiving responses from at least one car.
