Abstract: A connector for connecting an endotracheal tube and the like to a source of air or gas. In the preferred embodiment, the end of the connector which fits into the tube is constructed with a bevel cut from the top of the connector to a point between the center line of the connector and the bottom thereof. As described below, this configuration substantially facilitates the insertion of the connector into the tube and avoids damaging the tube during the assembly procedure. Alternative embodiments of the tube end of the connector are also disclosed.
