Abstract: A folding chair includes a seat, a front leg unit, a rear leg unit, at least one coupling rod unit, and a safety mechanism. The folding chair is convertible between a folded state and an unfolded state. When the folding chair is in the unfolded state, a blocking member of the safety mechanism is switchable between a locked state, in which the blocking member abuts against a first coupling rod for blocking movement of the at least one coupling rod unit to maintain the folding chair in the unfolded state, and an unlocked state, in which the first coupling rod is not obstructed by the blocking member, such that conversion of the folding chair to the folded state to the folded state is permitted.
Abstract: A wire shelving assembly includes four legs, a crosspiece unit, and a deck member removably disposed on the crosspiece unit. The crosspiece unit includes two carrying crosspieces and a strengthening crosspiece. Each of the carrying crosspieces removably interconnects two of the legs, has a receiving groove, and is formed with a pair of first through holes. The strengthening crosspiece has two end segments, each of which is removably inserted into the receiving groove of a respective one of the carrying crosspieces, and is formed with two second through holes registered with the first through holes of the respective one of the carrying crosspieces.
Abstract: A modular furniture part includes a pair of frame bars, a plurality of board strips and a pair of frame connecting parts. The frame bars are spaced apart from each other and are each formed with a mounting groove that extends along a longitudinal direction. The board strips are arranged in parallel along the longitudinal direction, extend between and are mounted separably to the mounting grooves of the frame bars. The frame connecting parts are spaced apart from each other, are to be mounted to a furniture frame, and are formed with slide grooves that slidably and removably receive the frame bars.
Abstract: A chair assembly includes two first side rods, two second side rods connected pivotally and respectively to the first side rods, and a seating unit including a loop frame connected pivotally to top ends of the first and second side rods, at least three first elastic cords each having two opposite ends respectively retained on the loop frame by two first retaining members, and two second cord units each including at least three second elastic cords each having two opposite ends respectively retained on the loop frame by two second retaining members. The first and second elastic cords are interwoven with each other to define a seating area.
Abstract: A hand truck includes a movable main body including a bottom frame and a reclining frame, and a push member fulcrumed to the reclining frame and having a driving portion that is disposed above the bottom frame. The push member is operable between a non-pushing position where the driving portion is retracted backward to permit placement of an object on the bottom frame, and a pushing position where the driving portion extends forward from the reclining frame to push the object forward and outward from the bottom frame. The hand truck further includes a first resilient member connected between the main body and the push member for biasing the push member toward the non-pushing position.
Abstract: A backrest device for a chair includes two lateral pipe units, each including a backrest mounting pipe member and a coupling pipe member, and a backrest unit. The backrest mounting pipe member has a main surrounding wall defining a surrounding space therein, and a convex groove-defining wall disposed in the surrounding space and defining an engaging groove therein. The coupling pipe member has a coupling surrounding wall coupled to a lower end of the main surrounding wall, and an abutting wall for closing a top end of the coupling surrounding wall. The backrest unit includes a backrest member having opposite lateral portions each forming a rod-receiving loop, and two positioning rods sleeved respectively in the rod-receiving loops. Each lateral portion and a respective positioning rod are retained within the engaging groove of a corresponding pipe unit.
Abstract: A foldable leisure chair includes a seat unit having a pair of side frames, a pair of armrest members connected pivotally and respectively to the side frames, and a pair of support units. Each support unit includes a coupling seat defining a receiving space therein and having a pivot end part that is connected pivotally to a respective side frame, a seat-engaging rod having an engaging end part that extends telescopically into the receiving space and a connecting end part that is connected pivotally to a corresponding armrest member, and an adjusting mechanism disposed in the receiving space for positioning the seat-engaging rod relative to the coupling seat so as to maintain the corresponding armrest member at a selected one of a plurality of angular positions relative to the respective side frame.
