Abstract: A smokeless cooker includes a table located indoors, with a cabinet, which may include a plurality of individual boxes stacked and assembled together, below the table. A gas-discharge flow path leads from the cabinet to the outdoors. The cabinet includes an inner box with an open upper portion in an upper opening section of an outer box. An installed cooking means is located inside the inner box. A suction flow path is formed outside the inner box, with a suction hole in the inner wall of the suction flow path above a heating surface of the installed cooking means. The gas-discharge flow path includes a fat/oil filtering section, an absorption deodorizing section, a HEPA filter and a fan. A duct leading to the outdoors is present at the downstream side of the HEPA filter.

Abstract: A multipurpose smokeless roaster comprising: a roasting unit (2), a ceiling (1) having an opened portion (7), a cylindrical outer box (9) having an exhausting unit (3) at the lower end thereof and opened at the upper end thereof, a cylindrical inner box (11) provided inside the outer box (9) and having a burner (23) inside thereof and being opened at the upper end thereof, and a suction passage (X) defined between the outer box (9) and the inner box (11) at a predetermined width for sucking a smoke generated during roasting and cooking. The inner box has an annular surface (15) on which a metal grill or a pot stand (18) are selectively mounted. A movable draft pipe (4) is slidably provided at the exhausting unit (3) of the outer box (9) and a connector box (5) is provided under the movable draft pipe (4) for connecting said movable draft pipe (4) and a duct unit (6) for defining an exhaust gas passage.

Abstract: A smokeless roaster comprises a ceiling or upper support wall extending horizontally and having an opened upper end; a roasting unit comprising an outer box having an opened upper end and mounted on the ceiling at the end edges thereof, an inner box having an opened upper end and supported by the outer box at the end edges thereof, and an exhausting unit provided at the lower part of the roasting unit tapering downwardly, the inner box having a metal grill at the upper portion thereof and a burner at the connected to the exhausting unit through a fixed pipe lower portion thereof; a movable draft pipe and having diameter being substantially same as maximum diameter of the exhausting unit; a connector box provided at the lower part of the movable draft pipe and connected with the movable draft pipe and having a static pressure equalizer for equalizing a suction force applied to the roasting unit; and a duct unit provided at the side of the connector box.

Abstract: A roaster has radially spaced outer and inner casings with a smoke outlet passage defined therebetween. The inner casing has an annular step extending along an inner peripheral surface thereof. A circular grill for roasting meat thereon or a circular trivet for supporting a "shab-shab" pot thereon is replaceably placed on the annular step in the inner casing.
