  • Patent number: 10826031
Abstract: The present invention provides a gasket for an alkaline battery which enables such a long lifetime that liquid leakage due to carbides of a polyamide resin raw material does not occur, surface wrinkles are hardly generated because of excellent fluidity during molding, and a thin wall portion serving as an explosion-proof safety valve can be normally ruptured until the lifetime of an alkaline battery expires, and a method for manufacturing the same. The gasket for an alkaline battery is formed by injection molding a resin composition, and has a thin wall portion in part. The resin composition is a polyamide 610 resin composition containing a polyamide 610 resin as a main component and a molding aid such as a release agent and a crystal nucleating agent, the polyamide 610 resin having a viscosity number in a range of 80 ml/g or more and 145 ml/g or less.

  • Patent number: 9962871
Abstract: An insert molding method includes: integrally molding a thermoplastic resin with an insert component, by setting the insert component, which is a metal conductor, in a mold; clamping the mold; and injection-filling the thermoplastic resin in a cavity. The insert component is made of copper or a copper alloy. Prior to injection molding, a thin film layer mainly made of a chlorosulfonated polyethylene is formed on a surface of a portion of the insert component to be covered with the thermoplastic resin, and the thin film layer is crosslinked in the mold during injection molding.

  • Patent number: 6734633
Abstract: In a bulb-form lamp, a threaded portion 31 of a lamp cap 5, that is, a shell 30 is made of a conductive resin. The conductive resin shell 30 and an eyelet 50 constituting the lamp cap 5 are composite parts, which are molded integrally with a lamp case 20. A part of the conductive resin shell 30 is provided with a terminal connective portion 30a projecting into the lamp case 20. The terminal connective portion 30a is connected with an electrode terminal 40 led out of a printed circuit board 13 of a lighting circuit 14 so that the conductive resin shell 30 and the lighting circuit 14 are electrically connected. By doing so, it is possible to simplify the assembly of bulb-form lamp, and to reduce an assembly cost, and further, to manufacture a bulb-form lamp having a high quality and a lamp case for the bulb-form lamp.

  • Patent number: 6484947
Abstract: A data storage medium, which is for use in a non-contact type personal identification system composed of a data storage medium and an external processing unit for exchanging information with the data storage medium or for transmitting and receiving data to and from the data storage medium, can be easily integrated into a wristwatch without changing the internal structure of the watch. The data storage medium is composed of data storage elements and an antenna coil which are electrically connected to each other, being mounted on a base material. The data storage medium is made in the form of a non-contact type sheet-like tag, being externally sealed with are sin. The tag is secured to the surface of a transparent cover for covering the time display surface of the wristwatch, at a securing position which. allows recognition of the time displayed by time displaying elements.

  • Patent number: 6090322
Abstract: A method for producing a sealing member for a battery includes integrally insert-molding a gasket on a peripheral edge of a metal sealing plate. The gasket is molded on the peripheral edge of the metal sealing plate by inserting the metal sealing plate between the female and male molds, the female mold having a concave surface conforming to the upper surface of the metal sealing plate and provided with a magnet or vacuum suction mouth to attract the metal sealing plate in its center, and the male mold having a surface conforming to the lower surface of the metal sealing plate, then injecting a molten resin into a cavity formed between the female mold and the male mold while pressing the female and male molds against each other by an elastic member.
