Abstract: The invention provides a method and an apparatus which assure a sustained vaporization of deodorants, perfumes, pest control agents and other substances intended to modify, condition on otherwise alter the atmosphere. A tape comprising a base material and, as supported thereon, at least one active substance which vaporizes at ambient temperature or under heating in a condition in which its vaporization is inhibited is driven relative to a head which is adapted to remove the inhibition of vaporization, whereby the active substance is vaporized at a constant rate.
Abstract: Reagents for enzyme immunoassay for apolipoprotein B comprising human apolipoprotein B as a standard antigen, peroxidase-labeled Fab' as an antibody, IgG-coated polystyrene balls, a coloring or fluorescent reagent, hydrogen peroxide as a reaction substrate, a reaction stopper, and buffer solutions.Use of these reagents permits accurate and prompt quantification of apolipoprotein B concentration in serum.
Abstract: A water treatment package composed by filling the components to be packaged (2) into a water-permeable packaging means (1), characterized in that the afore-mentioned components to be packaged (2) comprise(i) bisque granules (A) on which the product separated from tea leaves (B) is adsorbed, or(ii) bisque granules (A) on which the product separated from tea leaves (B) is adsorbed and electrolytes (C).As the water treatment package is plunged into water in a pot, the odors of disinfectant chlorine and mold will be completely removed, whereby water is made tasty.
