Abstract: A cold and hot pack capable of being plasticized comprises: a bag member made of an impermeable soft sealing material; plural particle-like supporters disposed in the bag member, each of the particle-like supporters is formed with at least a pore; and a fluid filled and accommodated in the pores of the particle-like supporters, and a negative pressure status is formed inside bag member, thereby enabling the particle-like supporters and the fluid to be pressed and secured by the atmospheric pressure so as to prevent sag. The present invention is able to be applied in various fields such as a cold and hot pack, a sitting pad, a water bed, an anti-bedsore mattress and a temperature keeping pack, and provides better functions and quality comparing to prior art.

Abstract: An elongated shut apparatus includes a primary plate and a follower plate with the inner sides thereof facing to each other. Both the primary and the follower plate are made of soft high molecular material and have a concave shaped cross section with a thick central part getting thinner toward two lateral ends thereof.

Abstract: Trousers for patients include a waist portion and a pair of legs. The waist portion has tying elements and at least one of the legs has a slit formed in its front side and running lengthwise of the leg. A fastening device is provided at the slit and consists of stops, pawls and slides disposed at both ends thereof in an opposite relationship.

Abstract: A partially or fully open type upper garment for patients includes a left front piece, a lower front piece, a rear piece, a left sleeve and a right sleeve sewn together. The left front piece and the right front piece is joined together by means of a first fastening device. At least one side of the front pieces is provided with a slit which runs lengthwise of said front piece and its contiguous sleeve. A second fastening device is provided at the slit.

Abstract: A slide for a zip fastener including: a flat, rectangular base frame having a front and and a rear end of width smaller than the front end; a center guide plate of shape corresponding to the flat base frame but of relatively smaller size, connected in parallel to the base frame by a hemihedron support, defining with the flat base frame a space of height approximately equal to the height of the teeth of the zip fastener; two front wings raised from two opposite sides of the front end of the flat bottom frame and then turned inwards toward each other, defining with the flat base frame a respective front passage for passing the zipper tapes; and two rear wings raised from two opposite sides of the rear end of the flat bottom frame and then turned inwards toward each other, defining with the flat base frame a respective rear passage for passing the zipper tapes.
