Abstract: The present invention provides a method of making a flexible foaming member from recycled material. The present invention relates to a production method to recycling wastes containing rubber, plastic and metal materials and pulverize them into scraps under normal temperatures, then roughly separate the various materials contained in the waste scraps into different layers based on the difference of specific gravity, and further take out the scraps of rubber and plastic materials with lower specific gravity from the waste scraps, then conduct multiple heating and pulverizations under different temperatures to produce composite-material scraps, and then using some composite-material scraps to mix flexible materials and foaming agents, then pressing the mixture into a plate-like foaming material, and conduct vulcanization and foam forming for the plates of foam material to become a elastic foam.

Abstract: The present invention relates to provide a method for making square rugs from recycled materials. Firstly, make one piece of surface material: Melt the woven layer of the surface material at a proper temperature. Then, apply a proper pressure to press the surface material till each fluff of the surface material is firmly secured to the woven layer. After that, make one piece of base material and one piece of middle material made of the resilient foam material reclaimed from abandoned waste. Apply a proper pressure to press the base material, the middle material and the surface material till they are stuck on each other. Heat the stuck surface material, the middle material and the base material. The middle material will foam after heating, and produce a force to stick itself on the surface material and the base material. Thus, a square rug is finished.

Abstract: A method of making a hollow foaming member is to utilize the foaming agents with various decomposition speeds or gas issued into the rubber sheet in the die while vulcanization and foaming. As a result, the foaming member made by the method of the present invention has an air cell therein.

Abstract: A method of making a foamed rubber member includes the steps of: a) Stirring and pressing the foaming raw material repeatedly, wherein the foaming raw material has rubber, an accelerator, and foaming agent mixed in a predetermined ratio. b) Molding the foaming raw material into a meshed rubber sheet. c) Softening a surface of the meshed rubber sheet. d) Resting an attachment on the surface of the meshed rubber sheet and pressing the attachment. e) Vulcanizing and foaming the meshed rubber sheet to have a foaming member.
