    Abstract: A system and method for a flameless candle. The candle comprises a candle base and a lamp shade extending upward from the candle base. The lamp shade is shaped to form an internal cavity. Within the internal cavity is a core which has a plurality of LEDs. The core is electrically coupled to a power source such that, when powered, the LEDs can become illuminated and non-illuminated to resemble a dancing flame.
