Abstract: The invention relates to a machine for forming groups of products that arrive in a line, separated on a feeding conveyor (2), which includes vertically separated collectors (4) connected to chutes (8) that are arranged transversely relative to the feeding axis, said chutes (8) each comprising a mobile carriage (7) that supports a collector (4) by means of an actuator (11), said carriages (7) and actuators (11) being vertically adjacent and controlled by a programmable automaton (17) suitable for controlling the cyclic polygonal movement of each collector (4). The means for controlling the collectors (4) offer the possibility of organizing the capture of the products and, in particular, of selecting a number of collectors (4) suited to the group forming rates and/or the type of products (1) to be formed into groups.

Abstract: The invention relates to a cleaning device for a receptacle filling machine comprising a plurality of filling spouts, and a corresponding machine. In an embodiment, the cleaning device comprises a plurality of cleaning agent recovery tubes, each recovery tube being movable between a service position in which the tube is able to recover a cleaning agent delivered by a spout, and a retracted position in which the tube is at a distance from the spout, collection apparatus to which the tubes are connected, displacement apparatus for moving the tubes between their service position and their retracted position, and sealing apparatus comprising tubular adaptors designed to fit between the spouts and the upper ends of the tubes in their service position, and to reduce axially in length, in an elastic manner, to absorb the height differences between the spouts.

Abstract: The mould top support (3) for shaping the bottom of a thermoplastic bottle by what is called the “boxed top” process comprises: a base (10) interposed between the said mould top (3) and a sliding bolster (11) which is guided on the frame (6) of the mould carrier unit, which base (10) is made in the form of a dual-acting cylinder actuator, the rod (14) of which supports said mould top (3). The base plate (17), which closes off the cylinder of the actuator is provided with a rapid assembly finger (18) on the bolster (11). This base plate (17) includes, around the finger (18), on the one hand, holes designed to allow the sealed passage of nozzles that deliver a heat-transfer fluid and demoulding air into the mould top (3) and, on the other hand, zones for the attachment of the feed nozzles for the chambers (21 and 22) of the cylinder actuator, which nozzles are all placed parallel to the axis x-x? of displacement of said mould top (3).

Abstract: An apparatus (1) for processing container closures (2) comprises a sterilization unit (3), having a sterilization module (7) with means for spraying on the closures (2) a hot sterilization fluid, a capping unit (4), having screwing means active on the closures (2) for connecting them on correspondent containers, applying a predetermined torque, a guide member (5) configured in such a way to allow a plurality of closures (2) to be arranged therein and connected to the sterilization unit (3) and to the capping unit (4) to guide the closures (2) from the sterilization unit (3) to the capping unit (4), and means (13) for regulating the temperature of the closures (2) arranged in the guide member (5), to provide that the closures (2) have a predetermined desired temperature in the capping unit (4).

Abstract: A tunnel pasteuriser comprises forward movement means (2) for moving products (3) to be pasteurised forward on a forward movement path along which there is a heating zone (4), a heat treatment zone (5) and a cooling zone (6). Each of said zones is divided into two or more sub-zones equipped with spraying means (10) for spraying a treatment liquid (11) onto the products (3) in transit in the sub-zone, and at least one tank (12) for collecting the liquid (11) that was sprayed on the products (3). In each heat treatment sub-zone (9) there are also means (20) for collecting the liquid (11) which wet the products (3) being treated. The collecting means (20) can be switched between a first operating condition in which they direct the liquid (11) collected towards the collection tank (12) of the relative heat treatment sub-zone (9), and a second operating condition in which they prevent the liquid (11) collected from reaching the tank (12) of the relative heat treatment sub-zone (9).

Abstract: A device for filling containers includes a filling spout fitted with a valve system for minimizing the formation of drops after being closed. The valve system includes a cylindrical central valve moveably mounted in a main tubular valve. A control system enables, on the one hand, the main valve to move relative to a main seat of the spout in order to open or close the discharge aperture of the spout, and on the other hand, to move the central valve relative to a secondary seat of the main valve in order to open or close the secondary aperture of the latter. The lower edge of the main valve is provided with radial grooves extending over the inner surface thereof, wherein in the grooves the filling substance on the lower edge of the central valve can migrate via capillarity.
