Also disclosed is a transfer method using such transfer device.
Abstract: Disclosed is a processing unit for an electromagnetic processing of plastic parisons and including a series of processing modules, each including a hollow housing, a light emitting assembly and a dehydration circuit for preventing each hollow housing from moisture via a dehydrated fluid. The dehydration circuit extends outside the main body, where the circuit can be in fluid communication with a source of pressurized fluid, on which are disposed a fluid dehydration unit and fluid circulation unit for forcing the dehydrated fluid to feed the respective hollow housings.
Abstract: Disclosed is a maintenance method for an installation for production of containers from blanks made of plastic material, which includes: a blow-molding machine including a rotating carousel and a plurality of forming stations, each including a mold; a primary power unit connected to the carousel; a transfer device suitable for inserting a blank into a mold or for withdrawing a container therefrom; and a secondary power unit connected to the transfer device. The method includes the detection of a misalignment of the transfer device with the carousel, and, therefore, operations for desynchronization of the power units, for realigning and then for resynchronization of the transfer device and of the carousel.
Abstract: An apparatus for producing plastic bottles comprising: a blow moulding machine including a blow moulding carousel being configured to transform a succession of plastic preforms into respective bottles; a filling machine including: a filling carousel, and a plurality of handling units; a labeling unit configured to feed a succession of labels to be attached to the respective bottles; and a conveying system configured to transfer the bottles within the apparatus. The labeling unit is arranged peripherally to the filling carousel and is configured to feed the labels to the handling units carrying the respective bottles while the handling units are advanced by the filling carousel. The conveying system includes a plurality of consecutive transport star wheels transferring the bottles in a continuous stream from the blow moulding carousel to the filling carousel.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a tool that is to be mounted on a handling device and grips pallet bases, the tool including a frame and a gripper for the bases that is mounted on the frame. The gripper is movable in the frame in such a way as to cooperate with a single edge of a pallet. The present invention relates to a corresponding transfer apparatus and a corresponding method.
Abstract: A packaging device for packaging products in batches, during which the products travel along a conveying direction in order to be packaged and related method. The batches include at least two products, arranged transversely to the conveying direction. The device includes a feeder for receiving products travelling in single file through an upstream pick-up area and conveying same to a set-down area for later packaging. The feeder includes: in the pick-up area, a transfer unit for transferring products arriving in single file to the unit; and at least one position-controlled movable collector for receiving and then moving at least one product in a controlled manner from the transfer unit to the set-down area. The device also includes a conveyor in the set-down area, on which the collector deposits the product collected from the pick-up area.

Abstract: Disclosed is a feedstock device (1) to deliver film (2) to a bundle-wrapping machine and including, on the one hand, at least one reel (3) to receive a roll (4) of the film (2) to be delivered, and, on the other hand, a joining unit (5) to attach the next film (2) to the film (2) that is currently being fed. This device includes a support (6) on which the at least one reel (3) is mounted, with the support (6) being mobile in relation to the joining unit (5) to bring the delivered film (2) to the latter. Abstract: Disclosed is a container made of a plastic material, provided with a base including a standing ring forming a support flange and a diaphragm extending from the standing ring to a central portion, the diaphragm being capable of standing in an outwardly-inclined position. The diaphragm connects to the standing ring at an outer junction forming an outer articulation of the diaphragm. The diaphragm connects to the central portion at an inner junction forming an inner articulation of the diaphragm. The diaphragm is invertible with respect to the standing ring from the outwardly-inclined position to an inwardly-inclined position. In the outwardly-inclined position, the diaphragm has an outer curved portion and an inner curved portion of opposite curvatures.

Abstract: There is disclosed a labelling group for advancing a series of labels to be applied onto relative articles. In one implementation, the labelling group may include a first drum adapted to convey a strip of labels along a first path and towards a transfer station; a cutting mechanism adapted to cut a sequence of single labels from the strip; a second drum fed by first drum with cut single labels at the transfer station and adapted to convey simultaneously a required number of cut single labels along a second path. The first drum may move at a first tangential speed at the transfer station, and the second drum may move at a second tangential speed at the transfer station, where the first tangential speed is different from the second tangential speed and is adjusted on the basis of required number of cut labels to be simultaneously conveyed on second drum.

Abstract: Disclosed is a molding unit for the forming of a container provided with a hollow recess, this molding unit including: a mold provided with a lateral wall defining a cavity and provided with a pocket that comes out into the cavity; and a boxing device.
