Abstract: A current transformer configuration includes a primary part and a secondary part. The primary part is surrounded by a housing. The housing has a first conductive housing part and a second conductive housing part. An electrically insulating gap lies between the two conductive housing parts. The housing passes through the secondary part. The electrically insulating gap is bridged by a surge protection configuration.

Abstract: The invention relates to a medical device for diagnostics and/or therapy with a system, with a device for self-analysis of the systems and creation of system internal status messages, with a device for interpretation of the system-internal status messages, with associated storage means for special technical and application knowledge, with an operating console for output of interpreted status messages and input of instructions, where the device for interpretation is embodied such that the system-internal status messages are converted on the basis of specialist technical and application knowledge into the interpreted status messages.
Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus for the contactless fragmentation of a concrement present in the body of a living being. A shock wave generator is aimed at a target region in the body and includes a coil having the form of a spherical segment. In front of the coil is arranged a mating radiator element, which closes off a liquid filled space and generates therein a shock wave focused on the centers of curvature of the coil and element upon brief connection of the coil to a high voltage. The concrement to be fragmented is positioned to lie at these centers of curvature.
