Abstract: In a method for producing a short-circuit rotor of an asynchronous machine, a laminated core is formed with substantially axial slots and with an axial skew over an axial length of the laminated core, which axial skew is 0.3 to 3 times a slot pitch of the rotor. Conductor bars made of a first conductive material are inserted into the slots such that the conductor bars protrude out of end faces of the laminated core in a skewed manner out of the laminated core to define overhangs. At least the overhangs are coated with a galvanic layer of aluminum, tin or a solderable alloy to provide a lubricating layer. Individual laminations of a second conductive material are axially pressed onto the conductor bars such that the individual laminations short-circuit the conductor bars and form a short-circuit ring, which is composed of multiple individual laminations.

  • Publication number: 20240140763
Abstract: In a method for a collision-free movement of a crane in a crane lane, a sensor captures a first training data set of raw data during a movement of the crane outside a crane operation in the crane lane. The first training data set is evaluated while teaching a first neural network based on the captured raw data and first training data are determined from the evaluated first training data set. The sensor captures current sensor data during a movement of the crane during the crane operation in the crane lane. The current sensor data is compared with the first training data, and an anomaly is detected between the current sensor data and the first training data.

  • Patent number: 11973777
Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for security management in an industrial control system (ICS). An event entity detection and linking module generates a model for a plurality of event entities extracted from a plurality of different data sources including one ICS data source and one IT data source. The model encodes a set of linked event entities and their relationships, each event entity associated with a vector of attribute value pairs. A data standardization of domain knowledge includes translating, by a machine learning application, extracted knowledge base information to rules for the constraints and using the rules to validate the constraints and to add new constraints. A fusion module performs temporal correlation detection across data streams of the different data sources for establishing causality between triplets of association models within a defined time span.

  • Patent number: 11971808
Abstract: Provided is a method for automated verification of a software program in a Behavior-Driven Development environment and a data processing system configured to execute such a method. Individual test steps of BDD test scenarios are first matched and then assigned to existing test step definitions from a BDD framework. If a one-to-one matching is not possible, natural language processing is used to decide if an assignment is possible with a certain matching probability. The assigned test step definitions are used to generate graphical test models for the test scenarios, e.g., UML diagrams. Finally, executable test scripts are generated to test the software program. The present invention relates particularly to Behavior-Driven Development and combines traditional BDD advantages with Model Based Testing for improved convenience and automatization in case of complex software packages.

  • Patent number: 11973300
Abstract: A switch cabinet includes an electric component, e.g. a power converter, having at least three cable connection elements. Each of the cable connection elements has an electric contact area capable of being contacted by a cable lug, and an assembly area. The cable connection element is fastenable at the assembly area to a body of the electric component and is connected to the body of the electric component at the assembly area. The electric contact area and the assembly area are arranged on the cable connection element in such a way that a plane of the electric contact area and a plane of the assembly area intersect at a positioning angle.
