Patent number: 9355772Abstract: The present invention relates to a dry distribution transformer comprising a housing (1?), a coil (200), a sealed compartment (100) and a taps panel (110) associated to the coil (200). The taps panel (110) has an electrostatic shield (107) and is positioned inside the sealed compartment (100), the sealed compartment (100) being filled with a solid dielectric material and protected by a cover (120). One also describes an electric insulation method for a taps panel of a dry distribution transformer and taps panel for a dry distribution transformer filled with removable insulating resin. The coil (200) has a grounded (115) electrostatic shield (107).Type: GrantFiled: April 16, 2012Date of Patent: May 31, 2016Assignee: SIEMENS LTDA.Inventor: Martin Alsina Navarro

Publication number: 20140028427Abstract: The present invention relates to a dry distribution transformer (1) comprising at least one low-voltage winding (2) and one high-voltage winding (3), concentrically mounted around a core column (1.1, 1.3). The transformer (1) comprises at least one cooling circuit (7) associated to at least one low-voltage winding (2) and/or one high-voltage winding (3). Such a cooling circuit (7) is electrically insulated with respect to the low-voltage and high-voltage windings (2, 3). In addition, the cooling circuit (7) is capable of enabling circulation of a cooling fluid inside it. Additionally, the cooling circuit (7) is provided with a constructive arrangement configured to involve partly the core column (1.2, 1.3), that is, the constructive arrangement is configured not to form a turn around the core column (1.1, 1.3). The cooling circuit (7) is provided with cooling ducts (6), each cooling duct (6) having a cross section that partly involves a cross section of the core column (1.2, 1.3).Type: ApplicationFiled: February 1, 2012Publication date: January 30, 2014Applicant: Siemens Ltda.Inventor: Martin Alsina Navarro

Patent number: 8614614Abstract: It is described a single-phase or three-phase distribution electric transformer, of solid insulation, for use in aerial installation, in poles, in platforms or pedestals, or installation in underground distribution network for operation in air environment, semi-submerged or submerged. Such transformer comprises at least one high voltage winding (3) and at least one low voltage winding (2) concentrically assembled around a core column (1.2,1.3), the low voltage and high voltage windings (2,3) being electrically isolated from a solid material, a core window (20) being defined as a space between two core columns (1.2,1.3), the transformer comprising at least one electrical insulation sheet (4) assembled on at least a core window (20) of said transformer, the assembly of the electrical insulation sheet (4) being defined in the longitudinal direction (300) of the transformer. Such sheet (4) avoids the formation of spiral around the core by immersion water or conductive dust.Type: GrantFiled: May 18, 2010Date of Patent: December 24, 2013Assignee: Siemens Ltda.Inventors: Martin Alsina Navarro, Jose Carlos Medeiros, Eledilson Clayton Betiol, Marilucia Martinato, Renan Junqueira Dias, Jean Carlos da Silva

Patent number: 8287698Abstract: The present invention relates to a process and a system for producing alcohol by distillation with energy optimization using split-feed technology. The process of the present invention comprises the steps of: a) splitting a stream of wine to feed two depuration columns , the depuration column generating a stream of phlegma and the depuration column generating a stream of phlegma and a stream of vinasse; b) feeding the stream of phlegma into at least one rectification column generating a top flow and a stream of hydrated alcohol; c) effecting the heat exchange between the top flow from at least one rectification column and the stream of vinasse from the depuration column in at least one heat exchanger; and d) feeding the stream of phlegma into a rectification column generating a stream of hydrated alcohol. The present invention further relates to hydrated alcohol produced by the process described above and to a process for producing anhydrous alcohol.Type: GrantFiled: February 7, 2007Date of Patent: October 16, 2012Assignees: Siemens Ltda., Dedini S/A Industrias de BaseInventors: Flávio Martins De Queiroz Guimarães, Carlos Eduardo Fontes Da Costa E Silva, Adler Gomes Moura
