Abstract: Methods and systems for switch-on control or charging control of energy end-consuming electric devices. An example includes: connecting an electric device to a low-voltage grid; generating a uniquely coded consumer point identification on a grid section between an energy consumption meter and the connection point; detecting the identifier in a modulation signal; forwarding the identifier to t a control unit of the device; and sending an authorization request, either clearance to switch on to charge the electric device. A service offered by a provider connects, via an API module to the device as a client and transfers the identifier to the provider. The method automatically switches on or charges the electric device under contracted energy supply conditions for the energy cost optimization of the electric device.

  • Patent number: 12718116
Abstract: A classification model is trained with elements from several data sources, with the elements including sensor data mounted in an industrial plant, and with the labels indicating a semantic type for each of the elements. The classification model is retrained with an adaptive learning algorithm implementing active learning and/or incremental learning, until the classification model is capable of mapping each element of the data sources to one of the semantic types. The method and system provide a semantic mapping for sensor data. The automated or semi-automated creation of the semantic mapping loosens the coupling between a domain expert and data scientist, serves as a bridge and reduces workload, speeding up data modeling and data integration steps. It provides inexperienced users with access to domain expertise. Re-use of data models is facilitated, which simplifies further integration and exchange activities. The adaptive learning algorithm provides an incremental enhancement of the classification model.

  • Patent number: 12718992
Abstract: A method for protecting an electrical low-voltage circuit for a protective switching device. A mechanical break contact unit, which is switched by opening or closing contacts for current flow in the low-voltage circuit, and an electronic interrupter, which is switched by semiconductor-based switching elements into a high-impedance state or a low-impedance state of the switching elements, are connected in series. If the level of current in the low-voltage circuit exceeds a current threshold value, prevention of current flow through the low-voltage circuit is initiated by high-impedance switching of the electronic interrupter. When the electronic interrupter is high impedance or switched to high impedance, the level of current in the low-voltage circuit continues to be determined, and if a first residual current threshold value is exceeded, the contacts of the mechanical break contact unit are opened.

  • Patent number: 12717302
Abstract: Compensation parameters are determined and define a compensation signal intended to compensate for a disturbance that occurs during operation of a control target. The control target is controlled during operation by a servo drive control device designed to generate the compensation signal based on the compensation parameters when the disturbance occurs in order to reduce a subsequent fault that can be attributed to the disturbance. A first test parameter set is provided. The servo drive control device performs an operating process in which the disturbance occurs. The servo drive control device generates a first test compensation signal based on the first test parameter set when performing the operating process and receives a first measurement signal as feedback. A first error signal is determined from the first measurement signal. The compensation parameters are determined by a substitution model that maps error signals to compensation signals and uses the first error signal.
