Abstract: The device (1) for gripping and handling bottles (3) in a labelling machine comprises at least one body carrying a gripping member (2) of the neck of a bottle (3), control means (4) in rotation of said gripping member (2) and a centering member (5) of the bottle (3) with respect to said gripping member (2). In the method of bottle filling/pressurising a stem (9) of a gripping and handling device (1) for bottles (3), provided with a passage (14) for the filling/pressurising gas for bottles (3), associates with an opening of the bottle (3), after that a tubular member (7) containing the stem (9) translates with respect to the stem (9) and opens an on-off valve (15), thereby causing the filling/pressurising of the bottle (3).

Abstract: The invention falls within the field of labeling machine with the continuous introduction of a reeled label film. In particular, it relates to the cutting roller of the label film and it comprises a cooling line for the two support systems of the shaft of the cutting roller. The cooling line is preferably independent for each of the two systems and it comprises a probe for measuring the temperature of the related support which sends its measured value to a block for its comparison with a pre-set preferential temperature value. The block, according to the compared value, activates a solenoid valve inserted on the compressed air supply circuit.

Abstract: In a labeling machine for conical or non-cylindrical containers, comprising a cutting station for cutting a film of labels into segments constituting the individual labels to be affixed to the containers, an apparatus for adjusting the inclination of the label comprising an element anchored to an end of the rotating shaft of a roller for feeding the film of labels to the cutting station, and in said element is screwed a screw actuated from a knob in such a way as to cause the translation of the element and hence the movement of the rotating shaft of said roller for feeding the film to the cutting station. The method provides, upstream of the cutting station, for the inclination of the direction of feeding of the film.
