    Abstract: A method and device serve the tempering preforms of a thermoplastic material. The preforms are modeled subsequent to tempering into a container inside a blow-molding mold by the action of a medium under pressure. During tempering, the preforms are heated by being acted upon by a heat radiation as well as cooled by being blown upon with cooling air, at least in the surface region. For compensation of a change in the surface temperature of the preforms due to operating ambient parameters, a change in the intensity in the subjecting of the preforms to cooling air is conducted. This takes place such that with simultaneous heating and cooling a basically constant surface temperature of the preform is attained. In addition, the intensity of heat radiation can be regulated for adaptation to at least one operating parameter.

    Abstract: The device serves for the blow molding of containers that comprise a thermoplastic material, wherein the device has at least one blowing station with at least one blow mold. The blow mold is formed from at least two blow mold segments that are supported by supports, wherein the blow mold has a base extension. The base extension is arranged in such a way that it is capable of being positioned in the direction of a longitudinal axis of the blow mold, and is supported by a base plate. The base plate connects the base extension to a positioning device. The base plate is additionally connected to the base extension by a profiled coupling section, wherein this profiled coupling section is formed from a coupling element, which is connected to the base plate, along with a counter element that is connected to the base extension. The profiled coupling section is capable of being actuated via a manual lever.

    Abstract: A device used for pneumatic control, includes a control piston carried in a cylinder. The control piston is mounted so as to be movable in the direction of a longitudinal piston axis, and a primary flow path that can be closed by the control pressure passes through the cylinder. The control piston is provided with a control surface that faces a control chamber of the cylinder and that is designed to transmit a control force to the control piston. The control piston includes a piston shank whose cross-sectional area is dimensioned so as to be essentially equal to a cross-sectional area of a flow orifice of the primary flow path that can be closed by the control piston and that faces an interior cylinder chamber.
