    Abstract: An apparatus for presenting a communication/displaying information is disclosed. The apparatus provides an improved configuration in which frame sections are attached to provide a frame for an insert/communication on a removable structure. The insert structure is installed through a slot and seated/retained in the frame. The insert structure may have a portion extending beyond the slot. The insert structure may comprise a flexible sheet, paper, card, rigid sheet, plastic sheet, etc.
