  • Patent number: 10447675
Abstract: A method for delivering primary information that exists in at least one electronic form, includes transmission of the primary information via at least one communication network to at least one communication system allocated to an addressee of the primary information; creation of verification information relating to the acknowledgement of the primary information by the addressee; and saving and/or transmission of the verification information via at least one communication network. Individualized data is thus made available which not only documents the receipt of the primary information by the addressee but also the acknowledgement of the receipt of the primary information by the addressee. A telecommunication arrangement and a telecommunication unit which are suitable for carrying out the method are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 9998956
Abstract: A method for providing information to a first terminal system and/or a second terminal system which connected to each other through a network and are subject to a potential or actual handover, provides convenience information about the execution of the potential or actual handover to at least one of the first and the second terminal systems, prior to or with the start of the handover, and provides in addition to at least one of the first and the second terminal systems a commercial communication relating to a commercial measure, whereby the commercial communication is provided in correlation with the provision of the convenience information.

  • Patent number: 9578552
Abstract: A method and system is provided that supports minimizing handover times of netsurfing smartphones controlled by home Internet Access Devices (IADs) to shared IADs and optimizing earnings from these shared devices. The shared services are provisionable right at the handovers. Any shared IAD can implement an automatic auction of its service capacity controlled by a clearing system. The shared IADx automatically generates lucrative clicks on services of location based Internet-apps issued by Ayz passing through sharedIADx's reach. Several such provisioning systems may run concurrently, thus enabling high flexibility as to instant and local/regional system restructuring, e.g. on behalf of pricing strategy adaptations and/or version control. The application of the invention needs no change of the networks between which the above described pre-HO support of their HOs/MHOs shall be performed, i.e. it may work on top of all networks between which HOs or MHOs may be executed.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method of generating, customizing and providing “Legal Argument Chains, LAC.Z”, Z=1,2,3, . . . , by a “Innovation Expert System, IES”, this IES comprising at least one of a processor, a memory for storing the method's executable code for the processor, an I/O device in particular for human interaction with an IES user, and •) a “User Interface Entity, UIE”, composed of UIE.Y, Y=1,2,3, . . . , •) at least one UIE.Y per LAC.Z, •) a “Memory of Method Execution, MEMEX”, comprising a set of storage cells, “KR-UIE.Y” and “HI-UIE.

  • Patent number: 8929909
Abstract: A handover proactive association clearing support method and system supports minimizing handover times for at least one netsurfing end system, and optimizing a given market satisfaction function (MSF0) potentially depending on Internet-applications for whichever underlying HO technique, by potentially establishing pre-HO for free x/yz-, netsurfing x/yz-, and/or Sxyzj-association, called “clearing” them. An HO of an Ayz is optimal if its HO-time is “basically zero” and it complies with MSF0. The technical innovation of the method and system comprises for an Ayz determining any time its optimal HOs. This permanent predetermination of optimal HOs implies assessing permanently all parameters. Thus, when an Ayz must perform an HO, these pre-HO operations of the method/system would have already identified at least one optimal HO for it to a sharedIADx and/or an Sxyzj available to it and established the resp. x/yz-, netsurfing x/yz-, and Sxyzj-associations.

  • Patent number: 8737349
Abstract: An automatic and network-transparent “handover convenience information support” method for a subscriber of a primary communications process in which an handover takes place—wherein this handover process can comprise arbitrary times prior or after the “actual handover”. “Convenience information support” means that this PTCP-SUBC has not necessarily requested the convenience information, but he nevertheless regards this then unasked-for support as convenient or helpful, such as for example a passenger on a flight regarding associated announcements/references/measures at the departure or arrival airport. As opposed to such often uniform measures the convenience information is as a rule individually configurable by someone affected by it.

  • Publication number: 20130132320
Abstract: The claimed Innovation Expert System, IES, and for a given innovation/invention the claimed Data Structure DS—structurally being the same for any innovation/invention—meet two kinds of functional requirements. They support: (I) determining all the innovation's/invention's technical/legal relations to given prior art information, (II) instantly recognizing and answering any reasonable query about any such relation alias fact. Functionality (I) enables generating/providing functionality (II)—jointly implemented by IES and DS, also usable by other expert systems. DS results from screening the innovation for technical/legal informal fundamental facts, transforming them into technical/legal formal fundamental facts, these into technical/legal primary facts, these into technical/legal secondary semantic/creative/inventive and pragmatic facts, and these into argument chains being the final technical/legal facts.

  • Publication number: 20130006908
Abstract: A computer-implemented method using a computer-based FSTP expert system. The method manages an analysis of a claim in an endeavor p and a technical teaching TT.p underlying the endeavor over at least one document i in a reference set (RS) of documents and the technical teaching TT.i underlying the at least one document. The method comprises receiving at least one Pair of TT.p and the Reference Set (PTR). The user generates at least one anticipation combination (AC) based on the PTR An anticipation deficiency is evaluated for the at least one AC. At least one AC is identified wherein after a minimal number of conceptual modifications the TT.p is anticipated. A numerical semantic height of the TT.p over the RS of documents i is computed based on the number of conceptual modifications identified. A numerical pragmatic height of the TT.p over the RS is computed.

  • Publication number: 20120131055
Abstract: Be TT.p the “technique teaching” of a patent or venture, RS a “reference set” of prior art “technique teachings TT.i”, any “element” of any TT described by its properties, and all this information be presented as meaningful items. Then the FSTP Expert System supports managing an analysis of TT.p over RS such that it is able to reply automatically and instantly to any query for any item in this information. These answers may describe any interrelation between any items or properties/facts or comment on such interrelations or on some insights into them achieved while generating these items by or interactively with the FSTP Expert System. By formalization of these properties it also supports determining the value of q dependably indicating TT.p as trivial/obvious over RS iff q=0 and for q>0 showing the “creative height of TT.p over RS” and quantifying the “power” of this indication.

  • Patent number: 8175083
Abstract: A method for transferring data from a first switch to a second switch selectively by line-switching or by packet-switching as well as to a switch for carrying out the method. Data packets are thereby first transferred packet-switched through a packet-switching network to the second switch. With the presence of a corresponding control signal a line-switching connection is established from the first switch to the second switch and the data are then transferred through this connection. Where applicable a renewed changeover to a packet-switching transfer is carried out. A flexible packet-switching or line-switching data transfer linked with dynamic costs between the junctions of a telecommunications network is enabled.
