  • Publication number: 20240012501
Abstract: A charge source circuit, an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) touch panel are disclosed. The charge source circuit includes a reference current generation block, a current mirror block and a charge output block. The charge output block is configured to provide an amount of charge as current times time, rather than voltage times capacitance as conventionally done. This dispenses with the use of a voltage division technique, a drive operational amplifier or a great number of capacitors, resulting in circuit simplicity, reduced cost and circuit layout area savings. Moreover, current and time interval sequences can be designed to enable, with a very small area and voltage, continuous adjustability of the amount of charge within a desired range at a higher resolution. An equivalent capacitance corresponding to the amount of charge can be adjusted within a range from tens to hundreds of pF.

  • Patent number: 11675458
Abstract: The present invention relates to a touch detection device, an electronic apparatus and a touch detection method. Each frame of touch related data corresponding to n*m capacitive nodes is obtained by producing n*m coupled signals from encoding operations and subjecting the n*m coupled signals to multiple access accumulation process, common mode suppression process, ADC process and decoding processes. Additionally, touch location information of the n*m capacitive nodes is obtained by acquiring two consecutive frames of touch related data and performing a subtraction operation between the two consecutive frames of touch related data. Therefore, relatively high touch sensing sensitivity is achievable. Before the subtraction operation, common-mode analog voltage amounts subtracted in the common mode suppression process may be not added back for each single frame of touch related data obtained from decoding process.

  • Patent number: 11460962
Abstract: A touch detection method, a touch control chip and a touch control display device are disclosed. In the touch detection method, coded data is loaded in drive channels and collected from sense channels. The collected data is decoded and subjected to differential processes. This results in a reduced common-mode signal, interference and noise. A touch response detection is carried out to choose at least one sense channel without touch response from sense channels as reference channel. This dynamically chosen reference channel reduces the risk of inaccurate touch location inference caused by abnormalities of static dummy reference channel and helps improve touch location detection accuracy, sense channels close to ends of capacitive touch control device are allowed to participate in touch response detection as other sense channels do, resulting in an expanded touch control range. The touch control chip and touch control display device all have similar advantages.

  • Patent number: 10747586
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for Remote Application Programming Interface (RAPI) communications between server and client devices. In an embodiment, server and client devices comprise memories and hardware processors coupled to the memories. The hardware processors execute instructions to perform operations that instantiate access point instances on both server side and client side. The instructions are generated from compiling API interface classes with remote communication classes, wherein the compiling includes a procedure of creating new classes through double inheritance. By receiving an API connection message from a client device, the server device clones a default relayer access point instance and assigns the cloned relayer access point instance to process API requests received thereafter from the client device.
