Abstract: A fitness coaching method, system and terminal are provided. The fitness coaching method includes the following steps: acquiring first option data of a user; retrieving a demonstrative video, and reading VideoSpeedData in the fitness coaching system according to a unique identifier of the demonstrative video to obtain a set playback speed; playing the demonstrative video, and generating synchronous count text and speech by a Text to Speech (TTS) module; acquiring second option data of the user, tuning the set playback speed, packaging to obtain a latest VideoSpeedData to be stored in SharedPreferences of the fitness coaching system, wherein a tuned playback speed is used as the set playback speed corresponding to the demonstrative video when the demonstrative video is selected a next time.

Abstract: The present invention provides an easy-to-use intermittent fasting assistance terminal and method which integrates recording, guidance and supervision functions. The intermittent fasting assistance terminal is connected to a server through a network, and the intermittent fasting assistance terminal includes an input device, a display device, a processor, and a memory storing an intermittent fasting assistance software program. The processor is configured to execute the intermittent fasting assistance software program, respond to gestures received by the input device and generate corresponding interactive interfaces to be displayed in the display device. The input device is used for inputting user basic data into the intermittent fasting assistance software program and receiving operating gestures of a user to the intermittent fasting assistance software program.

Based at least in part on the first date, a first estimated fertility is determined and displayed in a second region of the display area. A user input is detected at a second location distinct from the first location, the user input corresponding to a user selection of a second date in the range of dates distinct from the first date. In response, the interactive cursor is dynamically moved from the first location to the second location. Based at least in part on the second date, a second estimated fertility is determined, and the first estimated fertility in the second region is replaced with the second estimated fertility.

Abstract: This application is directed to controlling media content display at an electronic device having a touch display. While playing media content on the touch display using a media player application, the electronic device detects a user swipe on the touch display including a sequence of contacts on a plurality of contact locations on the touch display. The electronic device determines a plurality of contact characteristics of the user swipe. The contact characteristics include a subset of contact locations of the sequence of contacts on the touch display. The user swipe is associated with a media play control option based on the contact characteristics. The media player application is then adjusted according to the media play control option while concurrently displaying a progressive indicator corresponding to the media play control option and the user swipe until after completion of the user swipe on the touch screen.
