  • Publication number: 20200343800
Abstract: A rotation apparatus includes a first disk-shaped rotation body capable of rotating around a first rotation axis, a plurality of first permanent magnets arranged at a peripheral part of the first disk-shaped rotation body so that N-poles and S-poles thereof are distributed alternately, at least one pair of electromagnets arranged at static positions with a predetermined interval, and a pair of sensor switches for respectively detecting rotational positions of the N-poles and the S-poles of the plurality of first permanent magnets and for electrically energizing the at least one pair of electromagnets. One electromagnet of the pair of electromagnets is energized based on a detected result of the pair of sensor switches to move the first permanent magnet adjacent to the energized electromagnet, by an attractive force and a repulsive force between the energized electromagnet and the first permanent magnet so as to rotate the first disk-shaped rotation body.

  • Patent number: 9803733
Abstract: A rotation device includes an output shaft, at least one rotatable rotary plate member arranged so that its rotation axis and the output shaft are coaxial, at least one weight member fixed to the rotary plate member, for biasing position of the center of gravity from the rotation axis of the rotary plate member, and at least one clutch mechanism arranged between the rotary plate member and the output shaft, for separating the rotary plate member and the output shaft with each other at a predetermined rotation angle. The clutch mechanism connects the rotary plate member with the output shaft when the center of gravity of the weight member descends, and separates the rotary plate member from the output shaft when the center of gravity of the weight member rises.

  • Patent number: 9236779
Abstract: A rotatable output shaft, a rotatable rotary plate member coupled with the output shaft, rotary weight members supported by the rotary plate member, a guide member fixed in motionless condition having a partially arc shape at a side where the rotary weight members rise, and rotation engagement members pivotally supported by the rotary place member are provided. Each of the rotary weight members includes a circular plate section, and a weight section fixed to the circular plate section to bias a position of the center of gravity of each rotary weight member from the axis of the circular plate section. Each of the rotary weight members is adapted to rotate in one direction when an outer circumference side surface of the circular plate section is driven by the outer circumference side surface of each rotation engagement member.

  • Patent number: 8604628
Abstract: There is provided a rotation device comprising a rotatable output axis arranged to have its axis line extending in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the direction of gravity, a plurality of shafts each having one end attached to the output axis, a plurality of first heavy weights each supported on the other end of the shafts, second heavy weights supported slidably by and along the respective shafts at a position nearer the output axis in relation to the first heavy weights, and an eccentric guide member for supporting slidably the second heavy weights to make the rotational orbit of the second heavy weights associated with the rotation of the output axis eccentric to the axial center of the output axis.
