  • Patent number: 11501870
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for providing a personalized therapeutic presentation. A system includes a treatment presentation data store configured to store one or more data structures associated with a personalized therapeutic presentation for a client, where the one or more data structures include client biographic data, client symptom data, client goal data, and media data. A treatment generation engine is configured to generate a treatment presentation for the client based on data stored in the treatment presentation data store, wherein the treatment presentation is designed to treat a symptom identified by the client symptom data to achieve a goal identified by the client goal data, where the treatment presentation comprises a sequential presentation of media identified by the media data that is selected to treat the symptom to achieve the goal.

  • Patent number: 11392632
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for locating assets using a tag-based query. A computer-implemented method for identifying relevant media assets may include the operations of associating metadata with stored media assets, receiving a query that includes one or more query expressions identifying at least a tag and an attribute for a set of desired media assets, and comparing the one or more query expressions with the metadata for each stored media asset to identify the set of desired media assets. The metadata for each media asset may include tag metadata and attribute metadata, where attribute metadata identifies one or more pre-defined attributes of the media asset, and tag metadata is not limited to any pre-defined set.

  • Patent number: 11355239
Abstract: Automating patient care by training an artificial intelligence using a data structure organized in a patient care matrix comprising levels of domain knowledge. The care matrix data structure is defined and populated with training data. The artificial intelligence includes a plurality of artificial intelligence nodes each trained using aspects of the care matrix data structure such that an entity AI node instance is trained using a data set comprising subset of training data utilized in training child entities node instances of the entity AI node being trained. A long form description of a patients behavior or disorder is obtained and a natural language processor is employed to generate input phrases to be supplied to the AI for analysis. The AI analyzes the obtained phrases using a plurality of the trained AI node instances to automatically generate a patient treatment profile including one or more therapies and associated measures.

  • Patent number: 10599451
Abstract: Computer-implemented systems and methods create a user environment tailored to a user's computer abilities. A series of baseline tests are administered to new users for accumulating user metric data, and a database collects and stores the user metrics. Program logic is responsive to data from the data base, where the program logic is programmed to adapt the user environment to correspond to abilities measured through the baseline tests. The program logic is further programmed to adapt user interface controls to compensate for user dexterity abilities.

  • Patent number: 10594636
Abstract: A system that provides an interface layer through which communications to users can be normalized by making consistent the value-reads (e.g., format) of the communications. The information or message inputted into the system can be used in each aspect of the system to personalize the user's experience. Also, when the system receives information/signals from the user himself/herself (e.g., time it takes to read or transmit a message, choice of communication, etc.), the system can adapt the user's experience to the user's cognitive wellness. The system includes normalization of messages for message aggregation and message distribution.

  • Patent number: 9408996
Abstract: The present invention relates to time-driven personalization of media preference. In an embodiment, the present invention includes a therapy for treating altered cognitive states, such as understimulation, overstimulation and sundowning, in individuals suffering from cognitive impairment, including dementia. The present invention uses time to focus its therapies through personal care shows. The time-based personal care shows include personalized content (e.g., images, music, trusted voice) and format (e.g., tempo, length of intervals, color contrast) to ensure effectiveness of the personal care shows in reaching the desired results.

  • Patent number: 8814359
Abstract: Graphical first individual interfaces, systems and methods of implementing an adaptable, interactive educational tool that provides cognitive and social benefits. An embodiment can be configured to provide a graphical first individual interface for presenting text and related content associated with a predetermined general subject matter. The specific text and related content presented to the first individual may be determined after baseline tests and related use are recorded to calculate the first individual's cognitive wellness. The present invention also provides social benefit by integrating a first individual's social network for uses in communication with the first individual's social network and in recalling the first individual's social network. The present invention further includes a unique algorithm for personalizing information and methodologies of implementing and displaying the educational tool to a first individual thereof.
