Abstract: A trash collector for vehicles in which trash produced in the vehicles are collected and processed neatly and efficiently. The trash collector includes: a body having a space for containing trash and an opening portion; a fixing clip which is detachably installed on an inner side surface of the body; and a roll of vinyl bags which are hung on the hanging portions of the fixing clip and are successively supplied downwards in the body. Here, shield wings are formed on the inner side surface of the body and are inserted into the roll of vinyl bags to thus prevent trash from being exposed. A plurality of leaf springs extend along the opening portion, to enable the space of the body to be maintained at an opened state and with an elastic force, if flexural strengths of the leaf springs exceed threshold points of the leaf springs.

Abstract: A refuse receptacle includes an outer enclosure having an upper frame member with an opening through which refuse can be deposited into the outer enclosure, and a cover movably mounted on the upper frame member between a position normally closing the opening and a position which permits refuse to be deposited through the opening into the outer enclosure. A tubular refuse holder is mounted on a spring plate in the outer enclosure, the refuse holder including an upper open end for receiving refuse deposited through the opening. A plurality of coil springs are provided between the spring plate and a ledge in the enclosure to bias the refuse holder toward the upper frame member such that there is engagement of the upper open end of the refuse holder against the upper frame member to provide a seal thereat.

The shredding portion includes an intermediate plate having a drop opening through which the shredded strips of paper fall, and in which a control circuit is mounted, and a pair of cutting rolls disposed above the drop opening, and a top member including a feed opening disposed above the cutting rolls. The collection portion placed downward from the shredding portion, includes a housing frame of which the center is opened, and a roll unit of a vinyl bag in which the paper to be shredded is collected. The cover case includes a support board, side walls which are vertically elevated along three surfaces of the support board, a door in which the vinyl bag filled with the shredded strips of paper is cut and discharged, and the top member which is assembled with the upper portions of the side walls and the door.

Abstract: A hinge for collapsible ladders, includes an external frame including a center aperture and a pair of locking apertures; an inner frame rotatable with the external frame and including a center aperture and pairs of locking apertures; a rotary plate rotatably disposed between the frames and having locking apertures; a substantially flat rotary spring having one end mounted to the inner frame and an opposite end mounted to the rotary plate; a hub member rotatably connecting the frames about the center apertures, and including a locking end at one side; a locking part for extension into the locking apertures to fix an angle of the frames relative to each other; a press axle connected with the locking part, passing through the hub member, and including a bearing end; and a spring positioned between the hub member locking end and the press axle bearing end.
