  • Patent number: 7311527
Abstract: A connector structure includes a connector structured from a cover casing, an insulating body, signal terminals and staggered terminals. The insulating body is disposed within the cover casing, and connecting portions and soldering portions extend from the cover casing. Moreover, a containing space is defined within the insulating body. Ribs having a guide positioning function are disposed within the containing space, and clasp grooves that fixedly hold staggered terminals, second passages and first passages having signal terminals penetrate therethrough are located within the insulating body. Each of the staggered terminals includes a pressure terminal and an earth terminal, which are in an up/down and right/left juxtaposed configuration. Electric conduction portions of the signal terminals enable electrical connection with a circuit board, thereby enabling the connector to achieve the objective of electrical conduction, and increase electrical conduction efficiency and reduce manufacturing cost.

  • Patent number: 7270566
Abstract: A flexible circuit board connector is at least composed of a base, a loose cover, a plurality of terminals, and a plurality of insertion terminals. The base is provided with symmetric grooves which are used to provide for an emplacement of projected shafts of the loose cover, so as to prevent the loose cover from being displaced horizontally. Next, front ends of the plural terminals are pressed into through-holes of loose cover, so as to prevent the loose cover from being dropped off in a vertical direction. Then, through an insertion of the plural insertion terminals, positions of the projected shafts of loose cover are lifted up by abutted parts at front ends of the insertion terminals, so as to position the loose cover. In addition, the abutted part is also provided with an inverted hook, such that the insertion terminal can be tightly emplaced in the hole.

  • Patent number: 7204695
Abstract: A fastener structure includes a connector plug and a connector socket. A protruding connecting portion is formed on one side of the connector plug, and a plurality of aligned terminals and fool-proof fasteners are configured on the protruding connecting portion. The electric conducting spring pieces are correspondingly connected to positive and negative poles of a power cable, and the positive and negative poles of the power cable and a transformer are correspondingly connected to butt spring pieces protruding from two sides of the protruding connecting portion. When the protruding connecting portion is plugged into the fixing slot, the butt spring pieces of the protruding connecting portion make contact with the electric conducing spring pieces, thereby enabling the passive electromagnetic member to produce a magnetic effect that achieves the objective of magnetic joining of the connector plug and the connector socket and electrical connection to a power supply.

  • Patent number: 7204720
Abstract: A power supply connector assembly device, having a power supply connector includes a front insulating body and a rear insulating body. The front insulating body with a holding cavity that is used to hold a first conductive terminal, and the first conductive terminal comprises holding slots that hold a protruding portion formed central of an insulating body. Embedding grooves are defined on the protruding portion that enable a second conductive terminal to embed therein, and a through hole is further defined in the protruding portion that provides for the signal terminal to clamp therein. When joining together the front insulating body and the rear insulating body, joining holes defined in the front insulating body and joining portions formed on the rear insulating body, and the two insulating bodies are clamped and enclosed within a covering case, thereby enabling the power supply connector to achieve the objective of conducting electric power.

  • Patent number: 7192314
Abstract: A power connector assembly device includes an insulator, a containing chamber corresponding to a power plug, a containing hole corresponding to a power terminal, containing slots for placing conductive terminals, and a latching slot being latched with a fixing side plate having a screw member. The latching slot of insulator is provided with a slideway corresponding to a track of the fixing side plate, wherein the fixing side plate is installed with a screw hole and a fixing slot. The screw hole is corresponding to a screw part of the screw member and the fixing slot is corresponding to a fixing part of the screw member. Accordingly, when the screw member and the fixing side plate are attached to the insulator, the power connector corresponding to the power plug can be firmly assembled by fixing the track of fixing side plate into the slideway of latching slot.
