Abstract: A process (method, system, etc.) for the manufacturing of slabs made of resin-bonded mineral grits comprises at least the phases of: supply of at least one mixture made of mineral grits and resins; compaction of the mineral grits and resins to obtain a compacted slab; hardening of the compacted slab to obtain a finished slab provided with at least one exposed surface and having an intrinsic degree of porosity; decoration with ink by digital printing of the exposed surface according to at least one predefined design; and, prior to the decoration and subsequently to the hardening, at least one phase of increase in the intrinsic degree of porosity of the finished slab, adapted to promote the penetration of the ink in the finished slab.

Abstract: A process for the realization of slabs of ceramic and/or stone material, including the following phases of: supplying at least one base material of the ceramic and/or stone type in the form of powder and/or granules and/or flakes; supplying at least one additional material of the ceramic and/or stone type in the form of powder and/or granules and/or flakes, different from the base material; delivering the base material onto a supporting surface to obtain a slab to be compacted having an initial thickness; pressing the slab to be compacted to obtain a compacted slab having a final thickness. Following the delivery and before the pressing, the following phases of: suctioning a portion of the base material to obtain at least one through groove which crosses the initial thickness along a determined path; and applying the additional material inside the groove.

Abstract: A process for the production of slabs made of mineral grits bound with resins comprises at least the phases of supplying a basic mixture that includes mineral grits and resins; loading the basic mixture inside at least one forming mold so as to obtain a laying surface facing downwards and an exposed surface facing upwards; compacting the basic mixture inside the forming mold to obtain a compacted slab; and hardening the compacted slab to obtain a slab made of mineral grits, wherein, after the compacting, a decoration phase with ink by digital printing of said exposed surface of said compacted slab is provided.

Abstract: The equipment for the production of slabs in mineral grits bound with resins, comprises: a support frame, at least one lower plate, locked together with the frame, comprising at least one positioning zone for at least one mold having at least one forming cavity, open at the top, to contain a mix comprising the materials necessary to obtain the slabs, at least one pressing assembly comprising an upper plate movable, with respect to the frame, from an upper position of loading/unloading the mold in/from the positioning zone, to a lower position of pressing the mix inside said forming cavity, vibrating means associated at least with the lower plate, and an airtight chamber, communicating with suction means, adapted to reduce the pressure to a value lower than the atmospheric pressure, containing the mold, where the chamber is interposed between the lower plate and an upper closing element opposite the lower plate.

Abstract: Molding unit for the production of sanitary wares, comprising at least one support frame, at least one first portion and one second portion associated with the frame, bearing respectively at least one first molding component and one second molding component selectively connectable to each other, so as to define at least one molding cavity adapted to receive the casting of at least one pressurized fluid mixture which, once solidified, forms at least one sanitary ware. The first portion and the second portion are connected to the frame in the hanging configuration and are able to be selectively and mutually approachable in a closed configuration, so as to bring into mutual contact the molds to define the molding cavity, and mutually movable away from each other in an open configuration to allow the removal of the sanitary ware once formed.

Abstract: A decoration method and system, suitable for decorating, with a decorator unit, multiform ceramic products having multiform surfaces to be decorated, includes moving the multiform products and/or the decorator unit relative to each other with a movement device such that the decorator unit follows the multiform surfaces to be decorated. Decorating substances are dispensed with a dispensing device, which is moveable in space.
