Abstract: A system and method for scheduling a plurality of event programs, including: for each event program, generating a program calendar that enables a corresponding program administrator to assign a priority tier to each of a set of event slots in the corresponding event program; for each event program, generating an administrator dashboard that enables the corresponding program administrator to assign a priority tier to each of a set of schedulees for the corresponding event program; and for each schedulee, generating a schedulee calendar that enables the corresponding schedulee to schedule only the event slots assigned a priority tier that match to the priority tier assigned to the corresponding schedulee.
