Abstract: A cloud streaming service system, a cloud streaming service method using an optimal GPU, and an apparatus for the same are disclosed. A cloud streaming service can be provided by determining whether a video is played on a browser, when a playback of the video is sensed, decoding the video by using a video decoding entity determined on the basis of system resource conditions, and performing a streaming procedure corresponding to capturing, encoding and sending the decoded video. When a video is provided through the cloud streaming service, it is possible to effectively use the resources of a cloud streaming system by efficiently distributing a plurality of GPUs equipped in the cloud streaming system.

Abstract: There are provided a device and method for providing a mobile Internet call service. In order to reduce a call waiting time for an mVoIP call, when a call is an initial call after power of a terminal is turned on or using the main call number, information for a call connection is acquired in advance and a light weight session is maintained. When the mVoIP call is made later, the maintained light weight session is used to make a direct P2P call. Therefore, it is possible to reduce a call connection time. As a result, when the mVoIP call attempt is made, a call waiting time is significantly reduced and thus it is possible to provide a rapid response and improve user satisfaction. When the light weight session is maintained, access to a separate server system is not performed. As a result, it is possible to connect a P2P call even when call traffic is heavy.

An open-source map/reduce framework named Hadoop is used to calculate a silhouette coefficient corresponding to a significance verification index capable of evaluating a result of clustering massive data. To implement the system and the method for analyzing a result of clustering massive data, clustered data is divided into blocks. For all of the blocks, input splits are generated. Then, the generated input splits are assigned to multiple computers. Each computer stores only data of blocks included in an input split assigned in a memory, and calculates a silhouette coefficient for each record. Each computer provides only the calculated silhouette coefficient to an index coefficient calculation apparatus, and enables the index coefficient calculation apparatus to calculate a silhouette coefficient for a cluster. Therefore, the result of clustering the massive data can be rapidly and objectively analyzed.
