  • Patent number: 11796016
Abstract: A shaft lock includes a radially inner rotor part that is coaxially connected to a shaft having a rotational axis and a fixed stator part that at least partially encloses the rotor part. In a locking state and in a holding state, an interference-fit connection between the rotor part and the stator part is produced by a plurality of locking bodies, and the interference-fit connection is cancelable by a transition into an unlocking state. To produce the interference-fit connection, each of the plurality of locking bodies are partially engageable in an interference-fit manner in a respective receiving geometry of the rotor part by rotation of a substantially hollow-cylindrical locking ring that coaxially encloses the stator part in a partially radially outer-lying manner.

  • Patent number: 10941054
Abstract: A method for treating a liquid loaded with ingredients includes injecting the liquid into a reactor vessel such that a circular movement is imparted to the liquid and such that a concentration of the ingredients in a region of a peripheral wall of the reactor vessel increases in a direction from a reactor inlet to a reactor outlet, impinging ultrasound waves having a first intensity and/or ultraviolet radiation having a first intensity on the liquid in a first portion of the reactor vessel, and impinging ultrasound waves having a second intensity and/or ultraviolet radiation having a second intensity on the liquid in a second portion of the reactor vessel. The concentration of the ingredients in the first portion is less than the concentration of the ingredients in the second portion and the first intensity is less than the second intensity. • Patent number: 10550890
Abstract: A seal assembly for sealing a shaft bearing includes a seal housing, first and second seal rings retained by the seal housing, an annular chamber formed between the first and second seal rings and a connecting channel configured to place the annular chamber in fluid communication with a bearing-housing-side oil space. When the seal assembly is installed on a shaft, the connecting channel is configured to permit a fill-level equalization between the oil space and the annular chamber when the oil space is filled to a first possible fill level (N1) and to prevent the fill-level equalization between oil space and annular chamber when the oil space is filled to a second possible fill level (N2).

  • Patent number: 10421522
Abstract: The invention relates to a cover device for at least sectional closing of an underwater opening in a hull of a watercraft, in particular an opening of a transverse channel of a thruster. According to the invention the cover device includes at least one variable-volume hollow chamber lip including at least one buoyancy body, and the at least one hollow chamber lip is shiftable into an expansion state or into a shrinkage state by supplying or removing a fluid, in particular air. As a result of the variable-volume or inflatable cover device a more reliable and simultaneously lower-maintenance operation of the cover device is given. In addition, the invention has a thruster, in particular a bow or stern-thruster, as subject matter.
