    Abstract: The embodiments provide an elongate body that can vertically offset an application area. In an exemplary embodiment, the elongate body can vertically offset the application area from a hand grip. In an exemplary embodiment, the offset can facilitate placing the application area between a running belt and a top surface of a running panel of a treadmill. The application area can then be rubbed against the running panel to clean and/or lubricate the interface with the running belt.
