Abstract: A surveillance device includes a traffic barrel that has a sidewall and holes in the sidewall The holes are uniformly spaced apart about a circumference of the traffic barrel. Cameras are contained in the traffic barrel. Each camera has a light-receiving aperture that is aligned with a respective one of the holes in order for the aperture to provide the camera with a field of vision for the camera to capture surveillance images. The surveillance device further includes a wireless communication device configured to wirelessly transmit the surveillance images.
