The support may comprise an anterior portion inserted between the laminae of the vertebrae, suitable for giving an anatomical intervertebral spacing, and a posterior portion providing mobility in the region fitted with the implant. A retaining member may limit displacement of the support by shoulders projecting from the anterior portion of the support, and by two transverse projections.
