Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are iterative methods that: 1) analyze data from one or more electronic data-sources so as to a) identify or generate an activity (“proposed activity”) of potential importance to a given user, b) calculate one or more ranks that indicate the method's estimate of how important the activity is to the user, c) generate one or more proposed changes to the user's electronic lists of activities (“activity list”) to accommodate the identified activity and, d) determine if the proposed changes should be accepted or rejected; 2) if the proposed changes are accepted, apply the proposed changes to the activity lists, and; 3) update the data-sources in response to whether and how the proposed changes were accepted or rejected.
