Abstract: Provided is a fishing assist system configured to present various types of information on a catch to a fisher in association with actual catches, to thereby enable even an inexperienced fisher to easily acquire a fishing method leading to a catch. The fishing assist system includes: a fishing information distribution server configured to collect various types of fishing information from a fisher being a user and to distribute the fishing assist information to a user; a sensing device configured to be cast into water together with a rig to collect various types of fishing information; and a fishing assist program configured to enable communication between the user and the fishing information distribution server.
