The cavity is dimensioned to receive an edge of a planar portable electronic device and to hold the planar portable electronic device upright when the planar portable electronic device is received within the cavity. One or more mounting points are used for securing the support to the vehicle. An advertisement is removably attached to a surface of the rotatable assembly.
