    Abstract: The semiconductor chip including a semiconductor device layer including a pad region and a cell region, a plurality of uppermost wirings formed on the semiconductor device layer to be arranged at an equal distance in the cell region, a passivation layer formed in the cell region and the pad region, and a plurality of thermal bumps disposed on the passivation layer to be electrically insulated from the plurality of uppermost wirings may be provided. The semiconductor device layer may include a plurality of through silicon via (TSV) structures in the pad region. The plurality of uppermost wirings may extend in parallel along one direction and have a same width. The passivation layer may cover at least a top surface of the plurality of uppermost wirings in the cell region and includes a top surface having a wave shape.

    Abstract: Disclosed are aromatic enediyne derivatives, methods of manufacturing organic semiconductor thin films from such aromatic enediyne derivatives, and methods of fabricating electronic devices incorporating such organic semiconductor thin films. Aromatic enediyne derivatives according to example embodiments provide improved chemical and/or electrical stability which may improve the reliability of the resulting semiconductor devices. Aromatic enediyne derivatives according to example embodiments may also be suitable for deposition on various substrates via solution-based processes, for example, spin coating, at temperatures at or near room temperature to form a coating film that is then heated to form an organic semiconductor thin film. The availability of this reduced temperature processing allows the use of the aromatic enediynes derivatives on large substrate surfaces and/or on substrates not suitable for higher temperature processing.

    Abstract: An air conditioner includes an inlet for receiving room air, a heat exchanger for heating or cooling the air, an outlet for discharging the heated or cooled air back into the room, a fan for circulating the air through the air conditioner, inlet and outlet doors for opening/closing the inlet and outlet, a motor for driving the doors, and a controller for automatically actuating the motor to open the doors when the air conditioner is activated, and close the doors when the air conditioner is deactivated. A control by-pass is provided in a remote controller which is relatively inaccessible to a normal user but which can be actuated by an air conditioner tester or shipper for maintaining the doors open even when the air conditioner is deactivated (e.g., during testing or shipping) to prevent the doors from being damaged.
