Abstract: Systems and methods of the invention relate to a device that can couple around one or more handles on a bag to alleviate a pressure or force from the bag. A device can include a padded member encased or housed between a first planar layer and a second non-planar layer, wherein a first end of the first planar layer can couple and decouple to a second end (opposite of the first end). The coupling an decoupling of the device allows connectivity to one or more handles of the bag such that the padded member reduces force on a hand or shoulder that is supporting the bag during carrying.
