  • Patent number: 8141582
Abstract: A flow amount adjusting valve includes a handle that enables an opening/closing amount of a valve plug to be adjusted. A piston connected to the valve plug is screw-engaged with a first axial portion of the handle. Additionally, along with displacement of the valve plug in the axial direction via the piston under a rotating action of the handle, an indicator element is accommodated in an interior portion of the handle. A first indicator undergoes screw-engagement with respect to the handle, and the indicator element is displaced together with displacement of the valve plug, such that displacement of the valve plug can be confirmed visually from outside the flow amount adjusting valve.

  • Patent number: 8123234
Abstract: A pair of gripping sections performs opening and closing operations along a base member through displacement of a piston by means of a pressure fluid supplied to a chuck body. A pair of fingers, which constitute the gripping sections, is openable and closable in directions perpendicular to opening/closing directions of the gripping sections, by means of a driving force supplied from a driving section. The gripping sections are positioned with respect to a workpiece by actuating the pair of fingers to perform the opening/closing operation. Thereafter, by supplying the pressure fluid, the workpiece is gripped at a desired gripping position by means of the gripping sections.

  • Publication number: 20110283880
Abstract: In a fluid pressure apparatus, a packing includes an annular seal member made of an elastic material, and support rings made of a low-friction material, which are mounted on an outer circumference of the seal member. The seal member includes, on an outer circumference thereof, a sealing projection that contacts an inner surface of the slide hole. The support rings are disposed on both sides of the sealing projection, and protrude beyond the seal member in the axial direction. Outer circumferential surfaces of the support rings always contact the inner circumferential surface of the slide hole. When a transverse load does not act on a piston as a partitioning member, the inner circumferential surfaces of the support rings do not contact the outer circumference of the piston. When a transverse load acts on the piston, the inner circumferential surfaces of the support rings contact the outer circumference of the piston.
