Abstract: A winding machine (1) for winding coils (4), having at least one coil-body receptacle (2) providing a receiving space (5) for coil bodies to be wound and at least one winding-material feed (3) being configured to feed winding material into the receiving space (5). The at least one coil-body receptacle (2) comprises at least a first and a second receiving unit, wherein, in a first setting, using the first receiving unit, the winding machine (1) allows winding in accordance with a first winding technique and wherein, in a second setting, using the second receiving unit, the winding machine (1) allows winding in accordance with a second winding technique different from the first winding technique. The first and second winding techniques are selected from the group of winding techniques consisting of the coil-winding technique, the conventional needle-winding technique, the linear winding technique and the flyer-winding technique.
Abstract: The invention relates to a winding module (2) for a winding device for automatically winding coils for an electric machine, comprising a module structure (20), a needle carriage (24) having a needle (25), wherein the needle carriage (24) is mounted in the module structure (20) such that it can move along a first direction (R). The winding module (2) has a winding material clamping device (240) for clamping the winding material (8), which is designed to secure the winding material (8) against rotation and against shifting along the needle axis (250), wherein the winding material clamping device (240) is arranged in or on the needle carriage (24). The invention also relates to a module frame and a winding device having a module (2) of this type.
Abstract: A coil winding system that comprises a rotational movement element of the needles and a head (4) mounted thereon, the rotational movement element of the needles comprising a movement shaft (2a), arranged so as to move the head (4) linearly and rotationally. The rotational movement element of the needles further comprises an electro-magnetic element of rotational movement of the head (4) integrated to the movement shaft (2a).
