Abstract: A securing device includes a cover member having a first surface, a second surface disposed opposite the first surface, a first end, and a second end disposed opposite the first end, a resilient member, and a first friction region disposed on the first surface of the cover member. The resilient member is at least partially disposed between the first surface and the second surface of the cover member and is movable between at least a first resting configuration and a second resting configuration. The cover member is adapted to at least partially wrap around an elongated bar when the resilient member is positioned in the second configuration such that the friction region contacts the elongated bar and exerts a frictional force thereon to limit movement of the cover member in an axial direction of the elongated bar.
