  • Patent number: 10612966
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to apparatuses and methods for weighing contents of a storage tank. One apparatus for weighing contents of a storage tank includes a load cell and a storage tank. The apparatus further includes a first plate removably attached to the storage tank. The apparatus additionally includes one or more compression springs disposed below and supporting the first plate. Still further, the apparatus includes a platform that includes a second plate, between the first plate and the storage tank, and one or more legs. The second plate engages the load cell. Each leg corresponds to one of the compression springs. Each leg extends from the second plate through a through-hole in the first plate and through a corresponding compression spring to a corresponding foot that supports the corresponding compression spring. The storage tank and the first plate are movable relative to the load cell and the platform.

  • Patent number: 10215462
Abstract: A device for separation of oil particles by a coolant for air conditioning systems comprises a hollow container body and an inlet arranged to make enter the hollow container body a coolant, with oil particles, mainly in liquid phase and have a temperature T1. The device also comprises a outlet located upper part of the hollow container body and arranged to cause protrude coolant regenerated in vapour phase by the hollow container body. is also provided a heating coil arranged in the hollow container body and containing fluid at a temperature T2>>T1, in such a way that the coolant evaporates when comes in contact with the heating coil and the oil particles rimangano instead on the bottom of the hollow container body. The device also comprises a first oil barrier arranged above with respect to the heating coil and arranged to avoid that the oil particles schizino towards the outlet.

Abstract: A method for loading refrigerant fluid in a A/C system from an apparatus for recovering and regenerating refrigerant fluid comprises a step of hydraulically connecting the apparatus with the A/C system by a high pressure duct and a low pressure duct and a step of loading refrigerant fluid present into a storage container of the apparatus into the A/C system. The loading step comprises the steps of setting a value Q of total amount of refrigerant to load, loading in the A/C system an amount of refrigerant in liquid phase equal to Q?x, changing value Q with a value Q? depending to the loading speed of the refrigerant in the A/C system.

  • Publication number: 20180073788
Abstract: A device (100) for separation of oil particles by a coolant for air conditioning systems comprises a hollow container body (110) and an inlet (111) arranged to let enter the hollow container body (110) a coolant with oil particles, mainly in liquid phase and having a temperature Ti. The device (100) also comprises an outlet (112) located at the top wall and arranged to cause regenerated coolant in vapor phase to exit from the hollow container body (110). An heating coil (120) is also provided arranged in the hollow container body (110) and containing fluid at a temperature T2>>T1, in such a way that the coolant evaporates when it comes in contact with the heating coil (120) and the oil particles can fall towards the bottom wall. The device (100) also comprises a first oil barrier (130) between said heating unit and said outlet (112) and arranged to prevent said oil particles to splash towards said outlet (112), said first oil barrier (130) arranged at a distance L from said top wall.
