Abstract: An apparatus for waste disposal comprises a seat bottom comprising a seat body having a topside for supporting a user and an underside opposite to the topside. The underside comprises a moveable bottom portion. One or more arms are attached between a bottom of the seat body and a top of the moveable bottom portion. Each arm has a first end and a second end, with the first end of each arm attached to the bottom of the seat body and the second end of each arm attached to the top of the moveable bottom portion. A first waste bag support is provided on the bottom of the seat body and a second waste bag support is provided on the top of the moveable bottom portion.
