Abstract: A closing arrangement made of plastic material for packing containers includes a tubular part which is anchored in an opening provided in the pour opening of the container and a cap member attached to the tubular part at one side and which includes a pull ring extending from the other side. The cap member is also attached to the tubular part by means of a frangible region which is broken as the pull ring is lifted, and the cap is automatically retained in the open position to facilitate pouring of the contents from the container.

Abstract: In a pressurized packing container having an inner tubular container of plastic material and an outer casing of non-elastic material, which tubular container, after being filled, is to be sealed off along two transverse seals spaced from one another, an improved sealing is realized by causing the transverse seals to have a curved or angled contour at at least one of their end points.
Abstract: A capping machine of the rotary type for closing filled bottle type packing containers for beer or other liquids which are made from a plastic material includes a lower wheel on which the bottles to be capped are placed and an upper wheel which supports closing rams which are movable vertically towards and away from the bottles by means of a cammed track. Caps loaded into a magazine are transferred one by one to the rams as the wheels turn, and the bottles are capped as the ram moves downward onto the bottle mouth.
Abstract: A package for pressurized material comprises an inner container of plastics and a shell of non-extensible material. The plastics inner container is in the form of a tube, and is sealed along two seals spaced from each other, the length of the seals is greater than the distance between them.
